Do you do animal testing? Are your products Cruelty-Free?
Heck No! We never test on animals, only willing family, and friends! We don't purchase any ingredients from suppliers that test on animals either. We are PETA certified vegan and cruelty-free.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes, our collection is 100% Vegan. We don’t test on animals or use any ingredients that come from animals, such as beeswax, emu oil, or lanolin. We are PETA certified vegan and cruelty-free.
Do your products contain gluten?
Nope. We don’t use any ingredients that contain gluten or gluten derived ingredients. If you have skin sensitivities or allergies, we recommend sending the full ingredient list of the products you are interested in to your health care professional before making a purchase.
Is everything that you make really natural?
Yes! The collection was born in my kitchen because I couldn't find what I was looking for. The extras were given away to friends and family who loved the stuff and thought that there must be others who wanted the same. It turns out they were right! So posing being natural for some paper would go against how the whole thing started.
Where do you source your materials from?
The majority of our ingredients are sourced from within the United States. We do our research to make sure our ethics align with those we source from.
Are your products made in the United States (USA)?
Yes, all of our products are made in our small Florida studio in collaboration with Palm Beach Habilitation Center, a private, nonprofit organization providing programs for skills training, employment, and community job placement for adults with developmental, emotional, and physical disabilities.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Our products should be safe to use, We recommend that you give the full ingredient list of the products you're interested in to your physician before purchasing before making a purchase.
Are you certified organic?
We do use ingredients that are certified organic in our product collection. We also work with smaller farmers that might not be able to afford to get certified organic but still use sustainable farming practices without the use of genetically modified organisms (GMO’s).
What are the discount code qualifications?
Discount codes are one-use only, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Free shipping is valid on US orders to contiguous states over $45 before tax and after discount.
How soon can I expect my order?
We ship within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed unless otherwise noted in the description of the product or on our website. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
How will I know that my products have shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and ship date. If you didn’t get it, check your spam folder first then contact us and we’ll resend it to you: orders@safehousenaturals.com.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So much so that you spread the word and tell everyone you know about us! We also know we won’t be for everyone and appreciate your support by giving us a try.
That’s why we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. Because we're always looking to improve, we probably will ask questions, but that won't affect you getting a refund!
